Division Overview
Designs, manufactures and markets industry’s widest power range of electric fence controllers used for containment or control of livestock, horses, exotics, predators, pet, and lawn and garden nuisance animals. Zareba Systems provides a complete line of AC, battery and solar operated fence controllers, insulators, high tensile fence systems, poly wire, tape and rope, fence posts and other accessories under the brand names of Zareba®, Blitzer®, BullDozer®, HOL-DEM®, International®, and Red Snap’r®.

Zareba Systems is the world's leading manufacturer of electronic perimeter fence and security systems for animal and access control, with an expertise that dates back to the 1940s. Now that the successful integration of the North Central Plastics and Rutland Electric Fencing acquisitions are firmly in place, the division represents 93 percent of total Zareba Systems sales.

Zareba is also realizing the opportunities presented by the emerging rural lifestyle customer, a population that is growing and interested in gardening, farming and equestrian activities. To serve this expanding market, the division designs and manufactures several well-known brand name fence products and fence kits. In addition, we’ve created a web site that features comprehensive product information and the Fence Builder™ interactive fence planning tool in an easy-to-use format for the do-it-yourself hobby markets.

Sales for the division increased as a result of Zareba’s key customers increasing their sales, strengthening its customer base, expanding its product offering, and cross-selling products to existing customers.
